Bring your passport, your valid national driving license with a motorcycle category, and an official International Driving Permit (IDP) that also covers motorcycles. A local Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) can be used instead of the national license and IDP. We check these at pickup, so having them ready makes the handover quick and easy. You can choose a free passport hold or a refundable cash deposit — 500.000 IDR for scooters or 1.000.000 IDR for bikes 200cc and up. Scooter rentals can instead use our optional 2.000.000 IDR scratch cover. It covers scratches only; broken or cracked plastic, lights, mechanical damage, punctures, mirrors and other customer-caused damage are not covered. Cash deposits are returned after the bike is returned and checked.

Most scooters can be rented for a minimum of 14 days. Larger 200 cc+ scooters such as XMAX, plus sport, street, and enduro motorbikes, have a 31-day minimum. We keep it long-term on purpose — it lets us offer better daily rates and take proper care of the fleet between rentals. If you're only in Bali for a short trip, a regular scooter for 14 days is usually the most flexible option.

Yes. For regular scooters, the published 7–14-day rate applies at the 14-day minimum; the 15–20-day and 21–27-day tiers then become progressively lower. Rentals of 28–31 days use monthly-package pricing, while rentals of 32 days or longer use the published long-stay daily rate. Larger 200 cc+ scooters and other motorbikes have a 31-day minimum. The exact total is shown before you message us — no coupon code or negotiation is needed.

Every rental comes with 2 helmets, a phone holder, scheduled maintenance and 24/7 emergency support. Scheduled maintenance covers oil, brake pads, filters and a full bike check. Punctures, broken mirrors and other customer-caused damage are not included.

The minimum rental age is 18. We check your passport at handover, and the rider is responsible for carrying a valid driving license for the bike they rent.

Yes, the whole fleet is GPS tracker equipped. It's mainly there for the bike's security and everyone's peace of mind — it's not something you need to think about day-to-day, it just runs quietly in the background.

Delivery is completely free for rentals of 14 days or longer, covering the published minimum for regular scooters as well as longer XMAX and motorbike rentals. If you're in a more remote part of Bali, there may be a small extra delivery fee — just tell us your location when you book and we'll confirm the cost upfront, no surprises.

Checkpoints happen from time to time, especially in touristy areas — it's routine, not something to panic about. Stay calm, always wear your helmet, and keep your passport, driving license (IDP category A/A1 or a local SIM C), and the bike's registration (STNK, which we provide with every rental) on hand. If you're asked to pay a fine, an official one should come with a receipt (tilang) — we can't guarantee how any individual stop is handled and we're not able to cover or reimburse traffic fines, so riding with the right documents and gear is your best protection.
